Welcome to Berg Management! We are a property management company that does things a little different. Berg Management was started by real estate investors for real estate investors. We operate Berg Management from an investors point of view. We do everything we can to help you maximize your investment.

Berg Management provides peace of mind. Stop worrying about your property. We take care of everything for you, from repairs, to finding tenants, to paying bills so that you can focus on other things.

Berg Management opened its doors in 2010 as Rhino Rentals, and operated under that name until 2017. Berg Management now manages properties in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia and services owners all over the world. We have owners in places like South Africa, Ukraine, Germany, Thailand, Israel, Macedonia, and California.

About Jason Berg

Jason Berg founded Rhino Rentals, now Berg Management, in 2010 by managing a single property for a friend. He started the company because, well, he's a little crazy and he enjoys real estate and being a landlord. Mr. Berg bought his first investment property in 2005, a duplex in Portland, Oregon. He still owns that duplex and has since purchased properties in Virginia and North Carolina. He recently purchased a 1940s brick house in Arlington.

Jason moved to Virginia in 2005 and has worked in IT and real estate. He earned his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from George Mason University in 2013. He also earned his real estate license in 2013 and works under the Keller Williams Mclean Realty brokerage to buy and sell property. He lives in Herndon with his wife and his dog Scooby. They have a son who is attending college in Utah at Brigham Young University.
